Kauniita sisustuksia Living Etc:n kuvagalleriasta.
Makuuhuoneen pyöreä pitsireunainen matto on aivan ihana.
Eriväriset ja -kuosiset tuolinpäälliset luovat rennon vaikutelman.
Ylisuuri peili ja hauska, peilin muotoja mukaileva seinämaalaus olohuoneen seinällä on varsinainen katseenvangitsija.
Rohkeat väri- ja huonekaluyhdistelmät antavat taas toisen kuvan sisustukselle persoonallisen ilmeen.
Toistolla luo aina mielenkiintoa tilaan; toisessa kuvassa samanlaiset hyllyköt ja toisessa taas valaisimet.
Kontrasteilla mielenkiintoa sisustukseen: seinien panelointi, moderni nahkalla päällystetty sängynpääty, yksinkertainen valaisin, pitsipeite ja öljymaalaus seinällä.
Toisessa kuvassa taas on yksivärisyyden harmoniaa höystetty ilmettä elävöittävillä yksityiskohdilla: tuolin pörröisellä tyynyllä, taljalla lattialla ja pöytävalaisimien materiaalivalinnoilla. Mustan käyttö muutamassa yksityiskohdassa antaa kokonaisuuteen ryhtiä.

This is a super blog and I particularly love this bed - so modern, clean lines etc. It looks particularly interesting with the traditional feel of the decorative carpet and what looks like a toile print on the duvet cover and pillowcases. A super balance of traditional and contemporary style. Crochet and lace really are starting to come into design big-time now aren't they. Not so keen on the crochet style bed throw on the bed picture below.
I love the contrast of the modern bed, with clean lines etc against the traditional pieces such as the lace design around the rug and what looks like a toile print on the duvet cover and pillowcases. A super example of where contemporary and traditional pieces may be used together to create a more imaginative interior space.
Thank You! Interesting interior is always a combination of different objects and the balance between them. The bedroom was a good example of that!
